If they decide to charge, a charge letter will be issued out. Then an informational meeting will be scheduled. From the informational meeting, the proceedings will either follow shared governance or go to the Greek Conduct Committee. Through shared governance, a decision will be made regarding the case. Decisions can be appealed. Through the Greek Conduct Committee, a formal hearing will be scheduled. After the hearing, a recommendation will be sent to the Dean of Students or designee for a decision.
