Incident Description: physical acts of hazing that had a tendency to or is intended to demean, disgrace, humiliate or degrade a student, specifically that following the new member flower ceremony event, chapter members took new member phones, Executive members of the chapter yelled at new members/potential new members, chapter members threw fake drugs, condoms, whip cream and other explicit items at new members/potential new members. It is also alleged that new members/potential new members experienced discomfort as a direct result of these actions.
