Incident Description: Endangering the health, safety, and welfare of the University Community by violating University Policies related to Student Behavioral Expectations in Response to COVID-19. Specifically, it is alleged the organization participated in hosting an event on Norman Field that was not reserved or registered, in violation of the University’s Use of Space Policy located at https://policy.ufl.edu/policy/use-of-university-space-policy/. It is further alleged that event attendees were observed not complying with the Student Behavioral Expectations in Response to COVID-19 and the Campus Events and Guidelines in Response to COVID-19 policies by failing to wear appropriate face coverings and/or maintain appropriate physical distance.
